In an effort to deliver high-quality construction yet also accommodate our customers' preferences, CDR Homes has established these guidelines:

1. Energy Efficienty - This includes building with 2x6 construction in framed homes, building with ICF construction where applicable and building with Middleton Logs in most log homes.

2. Quality Materials - In new condition (unless specifically called out for in design purposes) are used in every home we build.

3. Quality Design - Many customers have a plan of their own. However, CDR Homes provides plans for several available homes. Most of our customers have a particular style or look and we will accommodate your preferences and make suggestions and even provide drafting services.

4. Quality Workmanship = Each project is a new creation that carries a high level of importance. It is our policy to communicate and require the highest level of craftsmanship and to merge the numerous tradesmen to bring out the best possible results.

For specific lists of what is included in a home package the pre-construction process must be completed with each customer along with a proposal for construction from CDR Homes. With so many various options available we are determined to bring you the foregoing standards and provide them while being sensitive to costs and value.
